Typically it takes about 3-4 business days for us to turn your boat into a graphic design. From there we estimate it takes around 1-2 weeks for us to print your design onto your apparel and ship it directly to you! These can vary slightly based on holidays & items ordered.

Certainly! Just add the image of your boat onto separate products and then add them to your cart. When you're on the cart/checkout page it will ask you for Order notes, feel free to clarify anything there. If you're having any issues, just email help@thecustomcaptain.com for support.

We require all customers to purchase their digital artwork before placing their merchandise orders. However, you can proceed placing your merchandise order before you receive your digital artwork back. Just know that we can’t begin printing on it until you approve your design!

Due to the custom nature of the products we produce at Custom Captain, we are unable to offer returns. Your custom products are designed with care and are personal to your boat. If you're unhappy with your artwork, we offer unlimited revisions. Also, if you have any damaged products upon arrival we replace them 100% for free.

Depending on the product, once you submit your product orders and your artwork is finalized, production and shipping takes between 10-14 days to receive your products!
