The lettering came off in one week. Never putting dishwasher or used chemicals/soap on rhe outside. Not that this should matter. Waiting to hear back from customer service. I’m a regular customer…not a good look.

Lettering came off in 1 week. Never let it soak or put it in the dishwasher. I reached out to the company but they only apologized for the inconvenience. When I asked for a store credit, they never responded.

Tumbler came stained with finger prints. They offered to send me another but it was delayed by 2 months. Never received the replacement. The customer service manager put it back on me to call USPS and ask where it was despite me telling her how much time I had waited to see if it was misplaced in another area. They finally said they would send another but then never gave me any type of confirmation. About a week later it showed up.
