I came out great. I really like the colors and its a real statement and alot of pride to have customized boat merch. Makes me fell like a yacht captain at a much lower cost. :).

The quality of the artwork and appearance on the glass and mat was exceptional. Had a damaged glass upon arrival but their customer service was happy to assist and received a replacement within a week. Overall, very satisfied with the product and will purchase from them again.

The mat looks like it is of a good quality, time will tell how it holds up but that's true for anything you buy online. The graphics are true to the proof made except for the color match. The boat is white and blue, this shows clearly on the tee shirts. However on the mat the white shows up as brown/tan, that totally changes the look of the boat. I contacted Custom Captain to see if it could be redone with the proper colors and was explained that due to the process of making the mat, this was not possible, this is how it comes out. Curiously the sample on their web site shows a boat that does have white on it, that is why I was surprised to get this explanation. I would have given this a 2 star review if it was not for the customer service (and response time), they issued me a store credit for the mat. So it gets a 4 star for me as this is fair practices if the product is clearly not as expected. Picture shows the tee shirts versus the mat.

Unfortunately there were two huge black marks on the artwork. No one caught it so it also printed on the dock mat and T-shirts we purchased. I'm having the artwork edited, but would have loved a credit or something done since I would like to order another dock mat and T--Shirt.
