Our hats are printed using a process called direct to film printing. This process prints your design on a film that is applied to the garment and bonded with heat. This bond is exceptionally strong, and will last a lifetime with proper care. Direct to film printing gives amazing detail and clarity to your design.

We highly recommend to select Boat Name/ Logo only for visor printing.

NOTES: For Grey, Black, Blue visors, we will add a thin white outline to your artwork to ensure it's visible against the dark fabric.

If you already have approved artwork, our merchandise orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot expedite shipments.

Please note, some items do ship separately, so you may receive a package with only part of your order.

- Gently reshape after washing
- Air dry only
- Do not tumble dry or iron
- Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat, which can affect the performance fabric
