2

Our Artists Turn Your Boat Into A Digital Graphic Design. You’ll have unlimited revisions.
3
Print your design on 40+ items
We send you the high-resolution file - perfect for printing on posters, t-shirts, and more!
As seen in
Your Boat. Custom Designed.
We take the photo you submit of your boat and recreate it in a beautiful, vector file. You get a proof of the artwork and can request any edits before approving.
Once approved you can take your design and print it on any items in our merchandise store!
Everyone's tastes are unique - that's why we offer two different styles for your artwork: A detailed, full color rendering of your boat, or a simplistic line artwork that highlights the unique shape of your vessel.
We did a lot of edits and they where so patient. We finally got what we were looking for and am so happy! I have used the Custom Captain for more than 8 projects and they always come through. Can't wait for our new shirts and jackets.
The first draft of the artwork, was so far from what I was looking for, honestly I thought it was a waste of time. I didn't even know what to tell them to change, just that I hated the whole thing. They redid it entirely, and afterward true to their website they performed many, many edits for me. At one point changing the font several times, and then going backward as the vision I had in my head, didn't look good in real life. In the end they got the design I am happy with. My first order was a set of stickers, I have received them and they are very high quality. I am very happy with Custom Captain.
Absolutely love the dry fit shirts and beautiful artwork. Also ordered bar glasses but the logo is so small you can barely identify what it is. Should enlarge the scribe so it is more visible. Otherwise, I am happy with my order and will be a repeat Customer. In fact, I already have!
They did a great job on my artwork. The detail captured in the artwork from the original picture is impressive.
Much better than using any free AI software that I am aware of.
I’m completely satisfied with the finished image and feel that I got great value for the money.
Very fast turn around time as well++++++++++
Super fast turnaround for initial proofs on artwork. Adjustments were made without issue. Once the order was placed it was delivered right away!! Very impressed with the quality and choices available. Will be placing a second order very shortly!!
The Art work is spot on!! However, there was a hat added to my order that i have no idea how it got there and they refuse to take it back or exchange it for one with my logo on it. I was about to order more items today when i got back in but i will find another provider. Too bad tho because i need 1000 stickers, 10 steel cups, and a hand full of random size and color hooded dryfits, all as giveaways on ig. But i own the artwork now so i will find another provider of goods.
It takes 5-7 days for our artists to digitally recreate your boat and send you your first proof. From there, if you request revisions it is typically 2-3 days per revision, depending on complexity. Please note: during peak holiday times delivery times can vary.
Absolutely! We email you a proof of your artwork for you to approve or request edits to. We offer unlimited revisions so we'll keep working with you until you're happy with the design.
Absolutely!
We simply charge $30 per person & pet that our artists create for your custom boat design. If you would like to do this, please make a note in your order notes or email help@thecustomcaptain.com with your request and our team will take care of it!
Our artists are pretty good, but there are some guidelines to make sure your photo is acceptable for our artists to work with.
If you submit a photo that won't work, we'll be sure to email you ASAP and work with you to select a new one that meets our criteria.
Once you approve your custom digital boat artwork, we will send you PNG, JPG and Ai files of your design and logo.
We also keep these files in our system so if you ever lose them you can just come back and download them again.
If you don't have a good photo but want to order, do a google search for your boat make and model.
Download the image that is closest to your boat and use that one!
We can change the color, add some small features, and put your boat name and port beneath the photo to make it yours. Just remember, make sure you like the angle of the photo, because we can't change the angle of the illustration.
