Our polos are printed using a process called direct to film printing. This process prints your design on a film that is applied to the garment and bonded with heat. If you already have approved artwork, our merchandise orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot expedite shipments.

Unlike other Custom Boat apparel manufacturers, when you purchase with Custom Captain we don’t require you order a dozen shirts.

That’s because once you purchase your digital boat design, we save your design in our system forever. So we can print just one shirt if you’d like, no problem!
