Our custom Helly Hansen sailing vest offers a layer of warmth made with HELLY TECH® Protection technology that keeps it windproof, waterproof, and breathable. The collar and hand pockets have brushed polyester for extra warmth, and the vest is fully seam sealed to keep water out. The vest is also mesh lined for additional comfort and breathability.

Our Helly Hansen vest is printed using a process called direct-to-film printing. This process prints your design on a film that is applied to the garment and bonded with heat. This bond is exceptionally strong and will last a lifetime with proper care. Direct-to-film printing gives amazing detail and clarity to your design.

For Navy apparel, we will add a thin white outline to your artwork to ensure it's visible against the dark fabric.

If you already have approved artwork, our merchandise orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot expedite shipments.

Please note, some items do ship separately, so you may receive a package with only part of your order.

Close zippers before washing. Do not soak. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry garment to reactivate water-repellent treatment. Wash dark colors separately. Use liquid detergent. Use a washing agent for technical garments.
