Our classic shell sailing jacket delivers performance versatility for all your sailing adventures. Constructed with our trusted Helly Tech® Protection, the Crew is waterproof, fully-seam sealed, windproof and breathable. Extra features that make your sailing trip better include a packable hood, a high fleece-lined collar, comfortable mesh lining and a drawcord adjusted length

Shell: 100% Polyester - Lining: 100% Polyester

Our Helly Hansen Jacket is printed using a process called direct-to-film printing. This process prints your design on a film that is applied to the garment and bonded with heat. This bond is exceptionally strong and will last a lifetime with proper care. Direct-to-film printing gives amazing detail and clarity to your design.

For Navy apparel, we will add a thin white outline to your artwork to ensure it's visible against the dark fabric.

If you already have approved artwork, our merchandise orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot expedite shipments.

Please note, some items do ship separately, so you may receive a package with only part of your order.

Close zippers before washing. Do not soak. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry garment to reactivate water-repellent treatment. Wash dark colors separately. Use liquid detergent. Use a washing agent for technical clothes.

The easiest and best experience with custom captain! Loading our boat and getting the artwork back was easy and the product was excellent! Very nice quality. FYI — these run a little small. An extra large would normally be a little roomy on me but it’s a bit snug. Would be nice if they offered 2x for women and 3x for men for this reason - as some may like/need to bump up a size…
