My experience was absolutely horrible. It took over two months for the art team to understand what we were asking for on a basic sticker. It is clear the art team does not proof or view their work prior to sending it out. Or at least on the product you are buying. We went back and forth countless times it was painful. We sent pictures of exactly what we wanted and they returned different styles and sizes. In the end they gave me a credit to cover the first mistake sticker purchase. This covered pretty much all but shipping. The final product is excellent but the days lost in my life will never come back.

I am totally satisfied with how my logo turned out but the hoodie and long sleeve top I ordered are too small. I called customer service for help. I said I don’t like my clothes to be tight fighting. I told him I like a little room in my clothes and gave him my size. I asked if I should get a medium or large. He told I should go with medium and that it should work. I should’ve gone with my instinct and went with large on both because now I have two tops that don’t fit me and spent a lot of money. Their clothes run SMALL. I am not a big girl by any means…
