Our dri-fit shirts are printed using a process called dye sublimation. During this process, the ink seeps into the very fabric of the product, sublimation prints don’t crack, peel, or fade away. Even after multiple washes, the print will look as good as new.

NOTE: Our black dri-fit merch is printed using a different method, direct to film. This is the same high quality printing we use for our cotton apparel.

For black apparel we will add a thin white outline to your artwork to ensure that it pops against the black shirt.

If you already have approved artwork, our merchandise orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot expedite shipments.

Please note, some items do ship separately, so you may receive a package with only part of your order.

Machine washable, cold with like colors, without bleach. Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry. Iron it with a low heat setting if needed.

Unlike other Custom Boat apparel manufacturers, when you purchase with Custom Captain we don’t require you order a dozen shirts.

That’s because once you purchase your digital boat design, we save your design in our system forever. So we can print just one shirt if you’d like, no problem!
