Have used Custom Captain for multiple boats now. Great process for start to finish. The artists do a great job with even the worst photos and are happy to do revisions when necessary. The process to then transition to swag is super easy. Great service at a great price.

Good overall order process, happy with design and communication. The shirts received are nice, BUT PRICEY! To me that's the only downfall. The gear/accessories are expensive and there is not bulk purchase option. So I'll likely take the design and order my shirts and things elsewhere.

Well it wasn’t very good at all . With the mix you had it was just assumed I wanted a small. So I’ve spent a $100 and I’ve got a shirt that don’t fit! When I let the company know of this problem the smart ass who helped said I could just order another 50 shirt in the right size and he would discount the shipping. What a rookie company move ! I was very disappointed and will not say a positive thing about the company or their customer service.

We are really impressed on how well the artwork came out and how fast we received it. We had a few minor changes we wanted them to make, and they implemented all of them in no time. Very impressive.
While in the process of getting this finished, I noticed that the website editing tool doesn’t work and also even after several weeks of asking if they could add the size chart for a certain women’s T-shirt I see this is still not available. How is one supposed to pick a size if you don’t know what you’re buying? That is a little strange, because isn’t that how they make money? In general, I’m also a little disappointed about the small selection of T-shirts and the high price for them. Their customer service is great. Whenever I asked the question they came back in no time. I also like that the artwork file is being made available to the customer so that you can also shop for other items from other suppliers. All in all very impressed with their work, and very happy with the result.

Easy artwork Process! Loved the designs. Artwork on dark shirt (Black Dri-fit) wasn't as sharp as the image on light colors. love the options for merchandise. Would be nice if shipping was free over a certain dollar amount. We love everything else. We will order again!

Still waiting on 2nd attempt to produce my shirts. First attempt, the printing was incorrect. I was told my replacement shirts were in production a week ago. I have still not been advised when these corrected shirts will be shipped. This is my first order, disappointed by what has happened. Been waiting for a month.

I wanted to add some flair for the boat so with a graphics order I was able expereince their customer service. Once my picrure was submitted, within 72hrs I received a draft image. I requested a design correction and it was made. Then I decided against the correction. There was no lost beat in the quick and concise process.
I live in the PNW (not Florida or greater SE) and need a few thicker clothing options, cant wait to see what warmer garments they add to the merch list.

Custom Captain is awesome to work with. My son in law absolutely loved his Captain Shirt with his boat image and the port of call artwork on it, front and back. I ordered this as a surprise gift for him, and he immediately requested access to the site and artwork # so he could order additional shirts and products for his teen sons and wife. Product quality seems very high for the Shirt I ordered. The initial art fee seemed high at first, but they held true to their word and accepted numerous revision requests from me until I was completely happy with my result, and I can continue to ask for more revisions should I ever desire to, but I assure you that won't happen, they nailed it for me! I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again, as I have a tritoon I want on my own shirts and accessories.

Extremely satisfied with the quality and detail of my pictures. Although, I did notice that the color of my Yamaha engine appears to be much darker than the actual blue/gray color. This is not a complaint as I did submit final approval for the proofs. I wonder if pictures could be edited to reflect actual engine color before I order additional merchandise. Awesome product!

This was the second image I had Custom Captain create of our boat. We upgraded the motors and they are a different color than the first motors so I wanted an image of the boat the way it currently looks. I could not be more pleased with how the image turned out. The attention to detail that was provided was exceptional. Through several revisions they adjusting the color of the canvas and stripping and added a pinstripe of gold above the stripping on the side of the boat. The image turned out beautifully. My husband was very pleased with the image and it looked great on the shirt that was purchased from Custom Captain. I would highly recommend them!

Not sure if it was just the Christmas rush or whatever but the shirts I got were XXL and compared pictures I see of all other shirts, our boat picture is so tiny on the back of the shirt, I realize its a larger shirt but the picture is abnormally small and looks very unproportional. that's my 2 cents.
