Custom Digital Plane Artwork

It takes 5-7 days for our artists to digitally recreate your plane and send you your first proof.

From there, if you request revisions it is typically 2-3 days per revision, depending on complexity.

Please note: during peak holiday times delivery times can vary.

Our artists are pretty good, but there are some guidelines to make sure your photo is acceptable for our artists to work with.

If you submit a photo that won't work, we'll be sure to email you ASAP and work with you to select a new one that meets our criteria.

Absolutely! We email you a proof of your artwork for you to approve or request edits to. We offer unlimited revisions so we'll keep working with you until you're happy with the design.

Once you approve your custom digital plane artwork, we will send you PNG, JPG and Ai files of your design and logo.

We also keep these files in our system so if you ever lose them you can just come back and download them again.

Absolutely!

We simply charge $30 per person & pet that our artists create for your custom plane design. If you would like to do this, please make a note in your order notes or email help@thecustomcaptain.com with your request and our team will take care of it!

If you don't have a good photo but want to order, do a google search for your plane make and model.

Download the image that is closest to your plane and use that one!

We can change the color, add some small features, and put your plane name and tail number beneath the photo to make it yours. Just remember, make sure you like the angle of the photo, because we can't change the angle of the illustration.
